Just a reminder that the $25 (well $35 for the Model B) computer on a credit card board should be going on sale in the next few days or weeks. There's a big announcement this Wednesday 29th February at 6:00 am GMT.
I mentioned this in September last year and it's taken a few months to get everything sorted out. $35 is an astonishing price for a 256 MB CPU with BluRay compatible graphics. Mind you expect to double the price because it doesn't have leads, power supply etc.
It's a significant piece of computer history, 30 years on from when the BBC Micro was first launched and that's why the two boards are called Model A and Model B. I've written a short article about it. I will be buying a model B, and using it for the Linux Games conversions of Snake, Asteroids etc.
