Virtual being the appropriate word as so far there haven't been any entries. I'll publish my code for one in a couple of days to encourage others and once the first entry is received, we'll start. If anyone is writing one, please email me now and let me know. If I've had no entries by the end of April, I'll quietly drop it, so if you do want to enter tell me!

I've added a couple of E-Books (both PDFs) to the C Programming E-Books list. The first is the current ISO Standard C with Technical corrigenda (i.e. errors to be corrected!) TC1, TC2 and TC3. The second is an interesting one, An Economic and cultural commentary on the New C Standard. Written by Derek Jones but never published it discusses C99, is 10 MB in size and according to the author 3.6" thick if printed on 80 gm/m2 paper!
